      Very supportive management, ability to grow and enhance skills.

      Cons

      The only con is sometimes there is a hierarchy where attorneys are above staff instead of more of a team atmosphere.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
