      Pros

      The pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      There are too many managers, most of whom are micro-managers. No actual work can get done. Managers say they want your input and then do whatever they want anyway. There is no respect for junior employees.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
