Just starting, there's some processes that need to be adjusted

There’s a real willingness to listen and adjust, which makes you feel heard and valued. I’ve felt supported both professionally and personally, and there’s a strong sense that we’re all working toward something meaningful together. It’s a fast-paced environment, but in a good way — there’s energy, ownership, and a lot of opportunity to make an impact. If you enjoy collaboration, transparency, and being part of a team that’s building something ambitious, this is a great place to be.
