Cons
The owners are severely out of touch with the terrible management or do not care. The managers have clear favorites and complain about other employees to their favorites. I found myself on both sides of this during my tenure at CJ. I had two family emergencies at CJ, and I was guilted into staying for one and given the cold shoulder for leaving for another. When I spoke up for the latter time, I was suddenly picked on, and the manager's tone with me significantly shifted. This particular manager has received many complaints, yet they maintained their position, and their poor behavior was often defended or covered up by middle management. I would only advise working for this company if this is all you have. Since I have left, I have seen a significant improvement in my mental health, and it has been a breath of fresh air. When I would leave my desk for a moment to use the restroom, I was often questioned why I had not done anything in 10 minutes, and I constantly missed my lunch break to get off work at a reasonable time. They let you work from home, but they expect you to be chained to your desk for 50 plus hours a week, never get sick, and never have an emergency. Essentially do not be human.
