Pros
- great environment and work culture - people are willing to teach you - wide variety of work and experiences available (including documentation) - can take classes at the same time - flexible hours
Cons
- don't always see full picture - cyclical work, so there is sometimes downtime where you don't have much work to do - the year-long gap can delay graduation and make it difficult to re-emerge in school (that's a thing with co-ops in general though)
