      Pros

      The vision of the company is hard to not get behind. The idea of being on the cutting edge of medicine is phenomenal. Work time is flexible and the work environment is relaxed.

      Cons

      The company is 70% millennials, many of whom do not like to take advice or guidance. Discipline in terms of getting the job done right and on time is virtually nonexistent. Pay is definitely on the low end of the scale.

      Not a lot of innovation, people have been working there for 10+ years and don't leave.

      Pros

      Vacation amounts are great and so are your health and retirement plans. Also holiday pay is great.

      Cons

      Pay sucks and it lacking for the area. Not many opportunities to grow. Management is dishonest and lies a lot. There is a lot of kissing up going on there. Prepare to work with a few snobby, stuck up, rich kids straight out of college who have been handed everything. Very stressful place to work.
