Pros
The people, although most of the good ones have left. Still some great people left but they are squashed by micro management. Open to new ideas and have some good content in the magazines- again, all thanks to the people.
Cons
Unfortunately this company does not provide a supportive work environment. Too many inappropriate and unprofessional things have been done and said with no consequence or action taken. Its problem is with being run by one person who has no accountability and is running the company into the ground. Would not recommend working here if you value work/life balance or like working without micromanagement.
