      Pros

      Smart people that care about being here Good location, 100% healthcare, free public transport, gym in building, management puts in time Feels like we’re going places Employees and leaders are transparent. Not perfect, but way better than I’ve seen before. Lots of things better than I’ve seen before.

      Cons

      Long hours (over 40 hrs) Things change quickly, sometimes back and forth (prob not abnormal for startup)
