All while under the constant scrutiny and possible penalising assessment of upper management, you are expected to adhere to a litany of legal requirements for security and client confidentiality that bare heavy and possibly criminal ramifications if you make a mistake, while being paid at a level most other admin-based roles pay considerably better for without the added risk.
