      Truly the worst place to work - Director Conversica Employee Review

      Pros

      -Remote - Used to have great folks to work with, but they've all been laid off

      Cons

      Let's start by calling out that leadership has been removing negative review for years...so everything bad you see is actually worse. It boils down to both customers and employees leaving. Almost anyone who knew anything about the company and the product is gone now so it's chaos. New CEO has clearly been given this company to learn how to manage a business so he can go on to be a CEO elsewhere...

      Pros

      New CEO is sharp and focused, you can feel the momentum picking up Overall leadership is approachable and easy to reach out to Teammates are hardworking, collaborative, and genuinely care. Interesting space to work in (Ai + tech) with projects that move quickly Fully remote with solid benefits Opportunity to make an impact

      Not the right place if you want everything handed to you - you have to be ok with figuring thing out on your own sometimes. Small team means you often wear multiple hats - something I enjoy, but others may not Fully remote setup isn't for everyone It can be a lot at times, but if you like solving problems and taking ownership, it's rewarding.
