No respect for emploees and very poor managment - Customer Service Team Member Converga Employee Review

Poor Management, tell you one thing and then do something completely different. Also, never seemed to be interested in their staff - did not care if staff left or stayed. They were only interested in pleasing the client, and the staff were treated like they were worthless.
