Pros

Opportunity for growth and learning - if you are new to this role or even have some decent experience, you can join here as we do a large variety of projects here. The team is friendly, welcoming and makes it a pleasant place to work. Some ups and downs as always, but overall it's good. Flexible Office Timings (Conditional) - In case of emergency or for a proper reasons, timings can be altered. This place understands you if you are committed to work.

Cons

Limited career progression opportunities after considerable experience - While there are opportunities for growth within my current role, but here the focus is given more UI part, but if one is considering the Ux part, this is not the place as we do have a lot of projects on going back to back so barely gets time for research. Work-life balance can be challenging at times. While the company promotes work-life balance, the nature of design work can sometimes lead to blurred lines between work and personal time. Office space might be problematic for some as ventilation is less than ideal workspace ventilation. Also, there is no source of direct sunlight in the office. One will get used to it but should be improved. Low frequency for system updates. However, the basic needs are taken care of on a timely basis or and on immediate response.
