      Nothing special about this place, pay was okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to fit in. Most employees have been around for ever and are not open to new people. Some employees are openly racist toward Asians.

      Pros

      Pay was okay but seemed like a struggle.

      Cons

      Truly felt cult like. Gossip mill runs rampant including top management who seem to manage by it. Long term direction is hard to come by. Felt at times it could be racist.
