Learning curve was high initially, playground in regards to what can be changed and newly implemented also quite big.

Management was not trusting at all, thus resulting in micromanagement, reading every email that was sent and leaving no room for working in a way that is different from what they know and think is best. The role was sold to me as a strategic position, which turned out to be highly operative.
