Great company to get experience

No cons at all with the company

-Provide amazing paid CDL Training -They take hometime seriously and once your highlighted home they are serious about getting you home within 8 days of being highlighted. -A lot of terminals around the country where you can park, shower, and wash clothes at( access to heartland express terminals) - some dispatchers truly care - They let us know how important we are which I thought was cool.

- inexperienced pay is .47 cpm which was low for me - the equipment is not very good my truck used to breakdown constantly - you feel unsafe because you feel like you can get a ticket at any moment which is not a good feeling. - the trailers were sold there’s a shortage of trailers.. which means more wear and tear on the trailers the do have - some dispatchers are very petty and damn near evil. - 1650 miles per week average for the year is expected.
