Can't think of any! Sometimes things can get a bit busy (but nothing that wouldn't be expected of a small, successful agency) and the quieter periods (e.g. summer time) means there's a nice balance.

Directors genuinely care about employee wellbeing. There is a culture of kindness and the leaders understand that their employees are people with their own lives. They trust all their employees to get on with the job but will support them when needed.

Can't think of any. Sometimes it gets really busy but then other times it's a bit quieter. generally, the agency is growing so will always experience ebs and flows.
