Talented people do not stay long due to the toxic environment and lack of strategy. It leaves only the desperate people at the company and/or the inexperienced ones beefing up their resume. The brainwashed people and other puppets manage to stay afloat by bowing to the management by fear. The leadership is nonexistent, no decision making from senior management. If someone happens to make a decision, bureaucratic processes driven from the corporate office in Paris, France will damper their enthusiasm. It does not matter that business being stifled, as long as someone has taken the responsibility, at whom the finger will be pointed in due time so the puppets can survive.
