Pros

If you get lucky and your coworkers have stuck it out for a while, they will probably provide some sort of pleasure in an otherwise bleak work environment.

Cons

The managers are the owners, a husband and wife "team" ,who are ridiculously unprofessional. The office is dirty and not maintained. The manager wants quick results and tries to get them by cheating and lying. They hired me as an exempt (salaried) employee, yet was treated every bit like an hourly worker until it was time to go. I wasn't working hard enough unless I stayed late, even if I wasn't being productive. Expectations were extremely unrealistic and unachievable in the timeframe provided. The quality of some of the products is horrible, and when brought to the manager's attention, he refuses to do something about it, instead tasking you with figuring out a way to sell off his remaining inventory. They go through employees very quickly once you begin to question their methods or expose them to the truth.

Pros

The hiring process is suspiciously fast — and once you’re there, you’ll understand why. Turnover is the business model. Most people are out within 1–3 months, which tells you everything you need to know. 5 star reviews generated from their trusted employees

Cons

The “collaborative” culture is really a slow knowledge extraction. Competent people get brought in, mined for process knowledge, and left with no growth path once that’s done. There are no real SOPs — they build them off whoever they can retain long enough. When they’re done with you, expect to be managed out and somehow made to feel like you were the issue. Physically the office is worn down, equipment is in poor condition. The surveillance is noticeable and extends beyond what most workplaces consider normal. Boundaries around personal space aren’t really respected. The interpersonal dynamic is its own thing — a weird mix of image projection and insecurity that makes the environment draining on top of everything else. Hours are also not what they seem — official end time and actual expected end time are two different things, and the difference isn’t compensated. This isn’t just a high-turnover job. High turnover jobs can still be functional. This one isn’t. If you’re considering it, go in with zero expectations of development and a clear exit timeline.
