Pros
- Responsive and friendly team members in management - Facilities using electronic medical records and NetHealth - no dealing with paper charts and very little need for paper orders
Cons
- As a start up company, there is no HR that has allowed the company to overstep (perhaps without meaning to) federal labor laws (e.g. offering full-time status benefits based not on hours worked but on hours + productivity) - Onboarding process for getting oriented to the facility, company policies, and rehab department team and protocols was catch as catch can and made it difficult to know protocols and expectations upfront
