Incentive were not paid - Anonymous employee Continuum Recruitment Employee Review

I worked for Continuum for 3 years as a Recruiter. It was my first job in the industry and a great place to learn about recruitment and sales. Shane, the CEO, is always willing to give people a shot and he was very generous in helping me break in to a new market. I made a lot of close friends here and always felt like they would go out of their way to help me when in need, both personally and professionally. I would be happy to consider returning in future

If there was one thing I think they could improve, it would be to have a more formalised, on-going training programme

The guys at Continuum provided me with a great opportunity to grow in the recruitment space. I had some previous sales experience prior to this role but was new to this space. Over the years I have been exposed to a variety of different situations/scenarios which have built up my skills and experience, to the point in which I know feel I am a key part of the team. Also had the chance to earn extra commission dollars which has helped out greatly with hobbies outside of work.

Office location is a distance for me to get to. With that said there is good WFH options available which have made it easier for me to contribute whilst also maintaining a good work/life balance.
