Pros

The benefits are good deal

Cons

The training doesn’t prepare you for the real work; they will change your supervisor almost each week; you schedule can change also in any moment of the day and they don’t care if you are agree or not, the pay doesn’t compensate the high load of work that you have to do there, there’s a lot of disorganization between managers and supervisors each one can tell you a different thing and blame you at the end.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
