hiring process is fast and easy

Cons

they dont manage their workforce and employees therefore when there is a surge in calls, they will hold breaks and lunches and wont let you take it unless the queue has gone down even after 3-4 hrs no break

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
