They schedule a late interview like a month so If your looking for a job soon don't go for it I had a interview and it was poor communication it was very awkward and silent like the woman didn't even want to be their . She will ask to improve like I'm the customer and I need help but she wouldn't talk back she will just say "OK " and then say next She'll ask to sell her something but she didn't even communicat back at all it was always delayed. I've never have experience a interview like this and it's vary unorganized. I've had been in interviews for customer service but nothing like this I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if I didn't have to.

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
