Pros

-MOST managers are good people that will work with you -training has so much support, every question can be answered an all the team leads know their stuff -if you like overtime its offered a lot -you really can move up though its mostly for the resume, not the pay.

Cons

-getting put on a bad managers team makes you want to quit when you first start and get out of training (but that can happen anywhere) -Customers get RUDE over the phone -can be stressful, if you don't handle stress well its not the best job, but also great at teaching you how to handle stress

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
