Pros

Some of the supervisors/managers were very nice and understanding but majority of them left for a better job.

Cons

Little to no benefits, was expected to do everyone's job with little pay and mental abuse. schedules changed at least every 3 months. policy and requirements changed constantly and the right hand never knew what the left hand was doing.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
