I cannot suggest Continu as a good place to work for future candidates. This is your classic example of a start up doing okay 5, 7, even 10 years ago but has met their downfall in the market. Here are a few things to consider when thinking about working at Continu:
-Product isn't keeping up with market and is lacking capabilities found at other major systems
-Sales are really low- no one is making their goals and haven't for some time
-Leadership will sugar coat things for you until the last possible second to ensure they have your spot filled until they find someone else and then get rid of you
-Your dedication, process, loyalty does not matter
-Little room to grow
-They've gotten rid of a large portion of their workforce this year alone (2024)
-Major red flags in these reviews on Glassdoor
-Lack of experience in leadership... they really don't know what they're doing
-Unwilling to enable their team members appropriately
-Look at the average sales person tenure and churn rate of sales folks including sales leadership if looking to work here
This is the review I wish I had seen. If I could go back and change, I wouldn't have left an industry leader for this level of failure. Don't do what I did to my resume to your's for Continu.
I PROMISE there will be an *AMAZING* review after this review. This isn't a coincidence that these reviews keep getting published right after negative reviews- also notice that management only replies to reviews when they're positive instead of being receptive to actual feedback.
