Pros
Flexibility in scheduling, some very friendly fellow employees, free lunch if you're working around lunchtime. You can get hired very easily, even without experience.
Cons
Owner is very cordial to regular customers and new hires, then turns around and speaks to employees in a critical, condescending tone almost constantly. Payroll is also very rude. The place is dingy and the tile floors in the lobby bathrooms have probably never been scrubbed.
Restaurant staff reuses food and has other unsanitary practices because that's what the owner tells them to do.
