Pros

The company has a young and fresh spirit, with an average of about 26 years old in my team. It is a very dynamic and growing environment (tens of new people get employed each year), and they are very supportive with new recruits: everyone gets a mentor assigned when employed to help them getting to know your way around. There are many training opportunities and business trips to exotic places are almost a must. The work schedule is dynamic. There is place for advancement up to a certain level (team leader, project manager). Also, plenty of benefits are offered along the salary (special gym prices, special prices in health care, etc.). It is a secure workplace.

Cons

Average to low salary, much bureaucracy and there is little space for advancement to Group Leader and higher levels. Very much paperwork is being done for quality insurance reasons in software development. The work (for me) was not particularly challenging, it did not leave place for creativity.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
