Pros
As German company, almost all rolls and positions are well structured, main duties and responsabilities are defined, what makes easy jobs to perform, and more useful in the complexity of the automotive enviroment who has suffered many hit in the last crisis. The company is excellent option for entrance experience, and at leat you want to spend the rest of you professional life, get up in the organizational ladder takes a lot of time and effor, focused in old school experience where young people are used for the most dinamic and hard work, and managment and strategical for the old experienced team, makes sense, but for ones who want to scalate fast, is a brake that need a lot of patience.

Overall very good company, and the enviroment is friendly, I highly recomend work in Continental, and more if you are in entrance levels, you will learn a lot of all the team, due to have much exposure and trainings
