Pros

You don't need any experience in the field to start working here. You have a set schedule. All full time positions min of 40 hours

Cons

Missing paychecks Dysfunctional working conditions Multiple wrongful terminations Discriminatory behavior Favoritism by leads and supervisors Shift and department wars Employees are treated as replaceable You have to start as a temp and it takes almost a year before you can get hired on permanently Hardly any training 30 mins worth of breaks for a 8 hour shift Poor air quality

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
