Please note that our promotion agreements differ. They consist of clear information that ensures the promoted contractor understands the amount of time and company cost that goes into additional training per each promotion and thus we request certain guidelines met such as a time period dedicated to being in the promoted role, a minimum notice period provided upon resignation, etc. At CVA we are continually striving to better our processes and provide a stable and supportive environment for our team and clients.
