      4-10s Work schedule was super great because you'd always get a 3 day weekend.

      Cons

      No immediate projects. Will leave you on overhead for months. No interaction within the office. Everyone just shows up does work and leaves. Minimal office events. The office setting is visually hideous and depressing.
