Great place to work, helpful admin and super flexible.

Cons

It's a pretty sharp learning curve, even for experienced counselors, but you get a lot of support and will do well if you're willing to learn.

Incentives such as company cars are available. Multicultural work environment.

Cons

Still a relatively small company so the client base isn't the largest. Difficult commuting without a car.
