The shift schedule, nothing else

The hiring process was refreshingly human. From the first contact with the recruiter to the on-site visit, everything felt genuine and well-organized. The site visit lasted 6 hours — not a quick tour, but real time with the team, seeing the actual work environment, and having honest conversations about expectations. What stood out most: they were transparent about salary from the start, and they hired me for my potential and attitude, not just my CV. The team was welcoming and the management approachable. You can tell they actually care about the people they bring in.
