There are no pros really. Just PATHETIC.

Extremely unprofessional manager with zero knowledge and zero common sense. He only knows how to suck the blood out of employees. He does not consider employees as humans. No one from higher authority cares about employee's health, well-being, nothing.. just make them work like hell for 14 hrs a day and don't give increments on the name of the corona. They will make you work late at night even though there is no urgency. Though they have money to fund other businesses, for employees they have nothing. Whenever a client will ask to do something, the manager will also ask to complete it by EOD even if the work is given at 7 pm. After working more than 14 15 hrs they will force you to prepare for certifications, irrespective of your financial problems, family problems, etc. Also, internal politics is too much. The manager won't give any work to the guy who bootlicks him. And if you are taking a stand for yourself, then he will make your life hell. Many people have already left the company because of this senseless manager and rude and arrogant higher authorities. Please don't join this company you will get no growth, no learning, no increment, and also no life.

- Employees are very good. Please read it again, employees are very good. They often help each other -Office is in Ahmedabad, so people who are wishing to do job in Ahmedabad can opt if no job is available and they want to really have some bad experience.

Many.. from where should I start ? Let's take it from HR - follows no plolicies. One of my female friend got pregnant but they told her that they had a deal that if she gets pregnant, they can fire her. She told them that this is illegal and they didn't fire her. But when she came back after her pregnancy, they fired her. - The founder is very arrogant. He behaves like a typical Gujarati Boss who consider employees as slaves. - He him self has not done a single project in the company but make sures that his employees, without any guidance, work reluctantly to make the project a huge success. -HR department is just for the sake of a name, it is being handled by founder only. -No plan about project or anything. - If you make BRD the founder himself gets involved and tells development team to find mistakes in BRD - Due to mismanagement and founder's arrogance many good employees have already left the company.
