      Horrible Company! BEWARE!! - Anonymous employee ConsumerMedical Employee Review

      Remote Position, paid training, paid hotel

      Cons

      Management is condescending, training is non existent, no resources, you are micromanaged, there are constant changes in procedures, extremely high turnover rate. They are more worried about where they are going to go drink that night then help their associates. It is like being in High School, all over again. People, management included, pretend to care about you, your growth, your job, but are really just trying to get you to turn on your co workers. I have never worked in such a negative, backstabbing environment. Management cares about one thing, numbers...not you. BEWARE!!!

      Pros

      -The mission at ConsumerMedical is 100% what you look for when joining a company. -The current leadership is very transparent and is heading in the right direction in terms of growth and future success. -The people at ConsumerMedical are honestly the best. When I started at the company, everyone opened their arms and hearts and took me in as their own. It’s pretty easy to show up when you have such positive influences surrounding you!

      Not all, but some legacy employees appear to be resistant to change.
