      Casual dress, fun co-workers (non-senior management)

      Cons

      unfair pay scale, instills company wide 15.25% pay cuts while still spending money on new showrooms, equipment, etc. No clear direction from management. Low pay, minimal vacation days, no yearly review as stated in the employee handbook, dirty work conditions, Bad business decisions from senior management, OSHA non-compliant issues, illegals working there

      Lots of room to take on responsibility and grow fast. Encouragement to think like a founder or entrepreneur. Collaborative culture that values new ideas.

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving as the company grows. Definitely not a place for people looking to coast or just do the minimum.
