Cons
Starr is unable to recruit management and executive level team members at a fast enough rate to manage their rapid growth, and as a result the foundational accounts are unable to shoulder the additional stress of opening new accounts, and lower-level players slip through the cracks and are not given the support or coaching they need in order to grow. Separately, internal communication is a weak spot for Starr Events, and in the past this has led to issues between accounts, and between upper and lower management levels.
