      - Voice is heard, always - Super flexible - Free gym membership that is across the road from the office (great for mental health and gives me a break from the screen) - Manager always willing to invest in tools and try new things (as long as he can see value) - Collaborative environment - Great culture (regular social outings and events as a team)

      Pros

      Conspicuous have a fantastic commission structure that allows you to feel you are getting rewarded for the work you put in. Since I have been here I have been given the opportunity to become a head of a division, the chance to move out to New York and the chance to help build a team.

      Cons

      As we are growing so fast their are constant changes to your daily work environment eg: New Offices, Potential Change Of Location and New People Joining the Company.
