Great perks - Manager Consol (UK) Employee Review

The best reasons for working at Consol would have to include how good the commission works out, how the targets are easy to hit and the perks of the job are so good! Perks include free sunbed use, big discounts on products. Last but not least the support the company offers, if you have any concerns or worries they are there doing everything they can do help, whatever the issue. There’s also a lot of room for company progression, I started as assistant just under two years ago, I’ve since been a supervisor and now manager.

I’d say the biggest downfall would be the breaks, because our shop is single manned, you can’t leave the studio to get lunch or pop out for any reason. Also in the busier period, it can be quite difficult to find the time to take a break and eat some food as customers need to be seen to.

I've worked for Consol for over 7 years now and have no intention on leaving anytime soon. I feel respected and valued by my managers and when I have something to say I feel heard. The benefits are fantastic for working here, we have great incentives such as commission on sales, free sunbeds and 50% discount on all vending products. If you can commit to the Consol life and believe in what you do, you can really excel.

You must love the job to work here because you may be in for some long shifts.
