      Pros

      Super fast moving environment. Chance to rise fast and own a big chunk of an important section of the product or the company's future. Building a reputation as a cool, empowered place to work in Minneapolis!

      Cons

      As with any start-up, success is needed both to get future funding and survive. Current investors are bullish on the company though and believe in the long term future of the company.

      Focused Mission and Great People. Excellent Founders!!

      Cons

      They were still defining strategy. Some middle management disconnected with reality of tactics and end users or unfamiliar with the industry as a whole. No clear pathways for sales managers to progress or pivot to other projects or roles. But seriously a great company to work for.
