Pros
The PTO plan is pretty nice depending on how many hours you work.
Cons
Short Answer: It's not worth it. I've worked at Conservice for 4 years now and it has steadily gotten worse and worse under the new CEO. The Executive team isn't invested in employee satisfaction what-so-ever. During company wide town halls, they consistently avoid tough questions and never address impacts/ resolutions. As an employee, it's pretty obvious most of their decisions come back to money/ penny pinching for new acquisitions or shows of outward "success". The Executive team continue to invest in new acquisitions and other growth-related avenues when the systems internally are collapsing. The pay is on the cusp of being not livable with most roles starting at $13-15 an hour. Even with pay tiers (which you have to work up to) the pay isn't worth the stress of the roles. They have just put in a mandate starting September 2026 to bring remote employee's that work within a 30 mile radius back into the office 3 days a week. For the pay and the role stress, this is a move that will have the company losing employees left and right. Human Resources pulled back on training leaving teams to take on the bulk of the training process. This has resulted in inconsistent training and knowledge for what is supposed to be a company of "Utility Experts". These are just some of the big picture issues. Long story short, if you can avoid it, don't work here. It's not worth it.
