Limited support from senior management when issues arose Accommodation not well maintained Ongoing issues with underperformance or difficult behaviour were not consistently addressed, leading to uneven workloads across the team Performance bonus structure unclear and significantly lower than expected and did not always feel aligned with contribution or responsibilities Staff expenses deducted drastically Overall experience varied greatly depending on placement/location

If you speak up for your rights or mental health you get penalised or fired (I witnessed/ heard this happen to a few people), HR and mgmt also try and manipulate you into quitting yourself so they don't have to pay, extremely toxic work environment, a lot of people in management are dating each other which can be a conflict of interest, no mental health support, illegal practices according to EU laws including unpaid overtime, lack of training, tips do not meet industry standard which is largely the managers fault, the average personality of people working here is negative, HR is completely useless and was from the beginning with their inability to respond to emails, your end of season bonus is not performance based when it's advertised to be The worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life. Please avoid if you care about your wellbeing.
