      Smaller company with a great team environment. Good benefits, flexibility and good salaries. Supports local charities and volunteers at events. Nice work/life balance that is so important these days - family oriented company.

      Pros

      Great communicators. Respectful employees. Clear on expectations. I really enjoyed my experience here. They have a very good community and a great strategy for growth.

      Cons

      They are a smaller company with a targeted mission and market. I do see high potential for the company and do not have many cons for them.
