Pros
Good products. Enterprise scale and so generally stable. Most skilled employees are friendly and capable. Decent equipment.
Cons
Transparency, feedback and culture are promoted heavily, but in practice the core behaviours are not applied unless you’re at the right level of the hierarchy (herd mentality). Annual Review process is not consistent. Issues raised to P&C are explicitly ignored or turned against you; the choice is to avoid change in the environment. Negative feedback is framed as the fault of the individual, with no supporting evidence in writing, and any written evidence from individual’s side is disregarded as confirmation bias instead of seen as valid case for unfairness and/or discrimination.
