Pros
The people working on the ground are talented, hard working and welcoming. The perks Havas have to offer are very competitive Generally speaking there was a good work/life balance Interesting clients/projects that create varied experience and breadth
Cons
You will very quickly learn if you are a favourite, if you are not do not expect for that to ever change, no matter how hard you try. Then you will be gaslit into believing you were the problem through the severe lack of people management. You can try and speak up for yourself to understand how you can meet the extremely high expectation sets by certain members of SLT but you may as well talk to a brick wall as they ignore anything performance related until they’re forced to fill in their annual review forms as a formality and to put a mark against an admin tickbox - not because they want you to progress. When your staff are in the toilets crying or cannot wait to hang up from a call quick enough before going into a panic attack then there’s a clear problem. The lack of HR presence at times meant it was extremely hard to feel like you could share grievances, instead they will be ruthless in defending the very people who put you in that situation.
