I love working for this company, I just completed my 3-year mark this month with Conquest. They have a strong family moral, flexible with scheduling, and most of all they focus on the customer service experience. I'm a big advocate of doing what we can for a customer. This company gives me the tools I need in order to help make a difference in my community. They also give you great anniversary gifts, throw employee events, and yes we do get a monthly happy hour.
