Pros
Conoley Citrus is a family owe company. The only good thing about working there is that it is a seasonal job. We are layoff in May and are back in September. The general manager is a caring down to earth person just like the owners.
Cons
There is no source of benefits. The packing supervisor is rude. Besides her the rest of the employees are great. There is no room to grow.
