      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere and I had a a great manager and an okay manager during my time there.

      Cons

      Very intense learning of many different country laws etc. So need to be able to learn quickly and be detail oriented. Only a con for those not able to accurately do the work.

      Work Culture is great. No micro management.

      Cons

      No significant drawbacks come to mind; I found it challenging to socialize or communicate with my colleagues due to the cabin-like environment.
