Pros

None that I can really think of.

Cons

-They change company policies at the drop of a hat i.e. unlimited pto is gone, commissions changes, and there is no employee manual its been being edited over a year and a half so they can make the rules up as they go. -revolving door with people being fired every other month while they brag about also hiring. - They only care about sells by any means necessary. -They don't seem to do their own marketing outside of a youtube channel which means agents have to rely on horrible leads that lead to professional licensed agents being called scammers and liars. - if they can't help you they will ignore you outright ignore any question you ask in slack. -all the people in leadership are friends seems very much if one of them doesn't like you count your days environment

Processes are still evolving as the company grows, but leadership listens and adapts quickly.

401K is the only benefit.

Cons

They don't value their employees at all. When I first started, I thought I struck gold! This past year, I started to see the true company culture. Management moving the goal post and taking away commissions at the drop of a dime. A 30K drop in pay with no heads up. The promise of opportunities to advance...always hearing "we're working on it." I used to beg for more work to be a team player and make life simpler for the agents, now I am just looking for something better. All because of greed from upper management. I'm sure their commissions/bonuses weren't cut.
